Return Policy

ALL SALES FINAL, unless...

• If for any reason you receive your package damaged and would like to receive a replacement, we require you to email cs@eyelashgrowthstore.com.

• Please do not return your product(s) without an email first, doing so will result in your package being refused by our warehouse and sent back to you. Once we receive your email, a customer service representative will respond accordingly with a confirmation email message stating instructions for the return or exchange.

• Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return and re-return of the new shipment charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please make sure as an added safety measure that you insure your parcel!
